Butusov believes that the army needs structural changes, and it also applies to management. However, the situation in the war is still as before. "I did not notice any serious, orderly actions that would be much different at the strategic level," the journalist emphasized.

Butusov also noted that changes are observed in certain areas of the front, but it is not a strategic level. "You can talk about changes in the approach to planning, organization and use of troops - they are in some areas of the front, and therefore there are some positive things. However, unfortunately, the situation has worsened in some areas of the front where there are no such changes or resources" , - said Butusov.
