Mobilization in Ukraine: how to avoid a fine and comply with military accounting rules

If the CCC has sent a summons by mail - the conscript has seven (in some cases 10) days to appear in the military enlistment office. During martial law and mobilization in Ukraine, citizens must always have military accounting documents to show them to staff staff. In addition, if they received the summons, they should appear on a clearly specified date. Delay is allowed for no more than seven days and only for good reason.

Lieutenant Colonel Lubomir Khomitsky spoke about the rules on the Facebook page of the institution. Khomitsky explained that citizens should comply with all the requirements of the legislation and only in this case they are not fined. It is a number of normative legal acts: military accounting rules, defense law, mobilization training and mobilization. If you violate these requirements, a person can enter a fine of 17-25. 5 thousand UAH, the employee of the military enlistment office stressed.

What should be fulfilled by citizens so that they are not fined for the amount of 17 to 25. 5 thousand UAH: the military explained that today in Ukraine it is possible to use both paper and electronic military documents. The official assured that they have the same legitimate force and are accepted by patrols of military enlistment offices. Important about military documents: the post of military enlistment office also describes how to act when you have received a summons.

Among other things, it is told what to do if for good reasons it is not possible to come to the CCC on the set dates. Important about the summons: the army told that citizens with a deferral should be monitored for two dates - the term of deferral and the term of continuation of martial law and mobilization. If the timing is expired - the referral from the call can be continued if there is reason.

To do this, you should contact the shopping center and apply in electronic or digital form, Khomitsky explained. It should be noted that Alexander Bodin, a representative of the Rivne Territorial Territorial Center for Acquisition and Social Support, reminded that some citizens should be passed by the Military Medical Commission (VLK). In particular, this applies to those who had the status of "restricted", which was canceled by the people's deputies by the spring of 2024.
