The 52-year-old native of the village of Old Merchyk is a military man and on July 5, 2023 he arrived in the Tax Code. There, the man was given a referral to the VLK. On the same day, he passed a physical examination and was recognized as suitable for service. Already at 12:50 the Ukrainian was presented with a "combat summons" for personal signature. According to her, the conscript was to appear at the fee on July 11.

However, on the assigned date, the employees of the military enlistment office did not wait for the man to qualify as evasion. In court, the evasion did not admit his guilt and did not agree with the qualification. He stated that the employees of the Tax Code were not represented and "thrown it into the bead", applying "physical coercion". So the man allegedly got into the military enlistment office.

The VLK, according to the military, lasted only 15 minutes, and his doctors were not asked for existing diseases. The Ukrainian explained his failure to appear on the "combat summons" by the fact that on the specified date he went to work because he should "feed the family". The man stated that in his childhood, he had tuberculosis and "other diseases" that allegedly released from conscription. Medical documents about this, according to him, are in the Valkiv district.

For half a year he did not gather them and did not submit them, and did not complain about the misconduct of the employees of the military enlistment office. The evicant's wife stated that he had brought home reports and complained about TCC staff. She explained that the couple raised two minor children, and the only family breadwinner is her husband. The woman stated that she was a Christian and against her lover "to take his arms and fought.
