With the help of an antitrone rifle LPD-820, the Armed Forces drone can be detected at a distance of up to one kilometer, said Denis Oslomenko, CEO of the enterprise. According to him, this solves the main problem of combating small drones, which are usually detected when they are already in the visibility area and visited the desired target. "There is a drawback in any anti-water weapon-it works on a drone when we see it, which is 200-300 m.

But if we see a drone, then it has already adjusted the fire on us or is about to lose ammunition,"------ Says Oslomenko. "And with the help of our solution, we can quickly activate the suppression mode and detect drone at a distance of up to a kilometer, until it has yet been on the target," he said. The suppression of the enemy drone occurs exactly where the drone was discovered, according to Oslomenko, who indicated that the antennas of the diaper and muffler have the same angles of action.

According to the company representative, the Russian army has already started to receive these guns, but they are not enough. Oslomenko stated that the company is currently developing a gun with both antennas, conveniently located in one building. The LPD-820 antitrone rifle can identify drones in the frequency range from 2. 4 to 5. 8 GHz, and then suppress them in the ranges of 1. 6 GHz, 2. 4 GHz and 5. 8 GHz.
