"Therefore, the enemy actually pursues a blackmail policy in temporarily occupied territories," the message said. The coordinators of the underground also noted that the Russians threaten not only the land of Ukrainians, but also all that is built in this area.

"Everyone who helps the enemy to select the property of Ukrainians will be devoid of property, because confiscation of property is one of the measures of punishment for collaboration," the CNS added.
