Blakut in Ukraine: Ukrenergo is preparing to set the Russian Federation

According to the Director of Legal Affairs of Maxim Yurkov, Ukrenergo already has the experience of courts on the Russian Federation on the damage caused by the energy system of Ukraine. Ukrenergo will set the account for the objects of energy infrastructure destroyed during rocket firing. This statement was made by the Director of the Company Maxim Yurkov during a speech on Business & Legal Energy Forum. "We capture all real -time damage every day.

We make an estimate and in the near future we will set the account to the Russians for the destroyed our objects," Yurkov said. According to him, Ukrenergo NEC is already being developed a legal mechanism, through which the company will be able to protect its interests in compensation for damage. Yurkov also added that the company already has the experience of billing the Russian Federation.

"Because we are one of the few suggested and continue this process against our assets in the Crimea," he said. On November 23, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation was attacked by rockets, which causes the majority of consumers to be deprived of electricity for a long period. The RF missile strokes have led to damage at substations, high -voltage lines, as well as some generation objects (electricity producers). Even NPPs were stopped.

Recall that the European Union intends to create a specialized court for investigation and prosecution of the perpetrators committed by Russia in Ukraine. According to the head of the European Commission, Ursula von Der Lyen, the Russian Federation and its oligarchs have to compensate Ukraine. The EU has already blocked EUR 300 billion in the Central Bank and € 19 billion in businessmen.
