The document refers to the release of soldiers, sailors, sergeants and officers who have expired. "The Government of the Russian Federation, executive bodies of the subjects of the Russian Federation and conscription commissions take measures related to the call for military service," the presidential decree reads. It should be noted that the previous call began on November 1, 2022 and lasted until December 31, 2022.
