"Will have to send soldiers": Orban pointed to the EU "mistakes" on war in Ukraine
Viktor Orban stated the need for ceasefire, and named the mistakes that, in his opinion, the EU made about Ukraine. According to the Hungarian Prime Minister, one of the "mistakes" of European countries is the "globalization of war". He also added that Budapest at the beginning of a full -scale invasion of the Russian Federation in Ukraine urged to "localize" the war. According to Victor Orban, the West Strategy is that Ukrainians fought, while receiving money, information and weapons from allies.
The head of the Hungarian government believes that the Russian Federation cannot be defeated. "Either peace must be concluded immediately or a new strategy is needed. But there are none. Since Ukrainians are in a disadvantageous position in terms of living force, will have to send soldiers, and no one wants to do so," Orban said. The Prime Minister emphasized that he considers this state of affairs a "EU planning mistake", which has to "pay a huge price" for the EU.
