Putin signed a "decree" on the transfer of Zaporizhzhya NPP to the property of the Russian Federation

Putin instructed the Government to "take" station "and by 2028 to determine how to spend budget money to guarantee its security. Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a "decree" on the seizure of the Russian authorities of the Zaporizhzhya Nuclear Power Plant in a temporarily occupied energy. According to the document, the Kremlin and Russian entities will perceive NPP as their property.

The corresponding decision of the head of the Russian state was published on the website of its administration on Wednesday, October 5. With his "decree" Putin instructed the Russian government to accept the property of the Russian Federation of Zaporizhzhya NPP and other property necessary for its work.

In addition, the President of the Russian Federation has instructed the creation of the Russian enterprise "Zaporizhzhya NPP" in order to "guarantee the safety of objects of use of nuclear energy" of the Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant. The Russian Government, according to Putin's Decree, was entrusted with 2028 to determine the peculiarities of using funds and other resources to ensure security at the station.

Putin's governing company appointed JSC "Operating Organization of Zaporizhzhya NPP", the founder of the company is the subsidiary of Rossatom - "Rossenergoatom". We will remind, yesterday the former head of the State Inspectorate of Nuclear Regulation of Ukraine Hryhoriy Plachkov stated that the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation replaced the 1st and 2nd power units of the Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant.
