IL-76 catastrophe: the Russian Federation did not pass the List of Prisoners to the Red Cross-GUR
The representative of the Main Directorate of Intelligence (GUR) of the Ministry of Defense Andriy Yusov told about new circumstances in the investigation of a plane crash with the IL-76 plane in the Belgorod region in the Belgorod region. Yusov stated that during the exchange of prisoners to the ICRC, lists of people planned to exchange both parties were sent.
This is to ensure that the representatives of this international organization examine each prisoner, draw conclusions about his health, stay conditions, and location. However, for the exchange of January 24, the Russian authorities did not send this list. "As far as we know, there was no such information to the Red Cross," said a spokesman for Ukrainian intelligence. Earlier, Yusov reported that the lists also did not receive UN representatives.
It should be noted that the IL-76 military transport aircraft crashed on January 24 for 100 km from the Ukrainian border near Belgorod. According to the Ukrainian command, it was in such aircraft of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation that the C-300/C-400 missiles were transported to Kharkov. At the same time, the first statements of Ukrainian officials appeared.
