The Russian media wrote that the real name of the woman is Putin, she is the daughter of a cousin of Russian dictator Eugene Putin. In the 90's, Putin married a psychiatrist Lev Loginov and changed his name.
On October 4, it became known that Putin had assigned his niece to the civilian rank of a real state advisor of the 3rd grade, which corresponds to the military rank of Major General and Rear Admiral.
