"The accumulation of troops in Kupyansk is constantly being rotated," Synugubov said. In the Kupyansk area, hostile troops have assault units "Storm Z", Taman Division, but all this is well known to the Armed Forces Command. From the Volchansk community, the evacuation of children will be carried out as soon as possible. Local self -government and law enforcement agencies have appropriate powers. Evacuation from other settlements will depend on the situation on the front where changes occur daily.

Russian troops from Kupyansk in the Kharkiv region are concentrated for about 8. 5 km, said the head of the city military administration Andriy Besedin.
