The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine has declared the inability of Russia to effectively perform intermediary functions in the conflict between Azerbaijan and Armenia in Nagorny Karabakh. This was stated in the comment by the NB Oleg Nikolenko against the background of a sharp exacerbation of the situation. Earlier, Azerbaijan and Armenia accused each other of recovering shelling in a disputed region.
