Petro Andryushchenko explained the important Sizran refinery in the Samara region for the oil refining industry and the Russian economy. The official believes that stopping or damage to the Sizran refinery can cause a serious fuel deficit in the region, which will have to transfer products from other refining plants. In general, as Petro Andryushchenko noted, this is the third attack of drones on the Sizran refinery in the period 2024-2025.
