Postgraduate studies while increasing mobilization: who retained the right of entry and who will go to the army

Government officials raised a single entrance exam in postgraduate studies and changed the rules of receiving applications, according to the order of the Ministry of Education. Restrictions will not affect citizens who are already eligible for deferral. The conscripts of Ukrainians who planned to join postgraduate studies in 2024 and get a deferral during mobilization in Ukraine will not be able to do so through the decision of the Ministry of Education (Ministry of Education).

According to an order that has already been rusted and has become valid, access to learning on a day and dual form of higher education is substantially restricted.
