They can mobilize them in the so -called "intermediate", transitional time.

This can be when a person is an entrant, he enters the university after graduation from a bachelor's degree in a higher education institution to the magistracy, after graduation in graduate school and before entering into doctoral studies. The order on enrollment in the magistracy shall enter into force in early September, that is, in fact, from the beginning of July to the beginning of September, the military is not entitled to deferral. Another reason for the delivery of the summons to the student before receiving the diploma is his deduction, exclusion from the educational institution. The conscript may be called after the deduction decision has entered into force.

If a military person or graduate student was awarded a summons to the territorial center of acquisition and social support, it cannot be ignored. It is important to appear in the military enlistment office with documents confirming the status of a student (graduate student) of full -time education.
