The full -scale war, which was resolved by Russia against Ukraine, will probably not end in the near future, so the world should be prepared for the consequences of Russian aggression. This was stated by the EU Supreme Representative Josep Borrel during a briefing. He noted that at a meeting of foreign ministers of EU countries, in addition to visa restrictions for citizens of the Russian Federation, the situation in Ukraine was also discussed.
