The CPD refers to videos that appeared, for example, on the social network X (Twitter).

Video is distributed by Russian -language and English -language accounts, and there are also Bulgarian posts. The reports say that the frames with a bloody doctor, published by the world media, are as if fake. CPD analysts have explored a video where a person in the form of a police in the form of a red liquid in a white coat.

They asked the national police that not so much with the appearance of a law enforcement officer and a health worker who, at the time of recording, seemed to be near the place of arrival. The National Police listed five arguments why the record is a Russian fake. The Ukrainian Pravda was told about a doctor who appeared in some photos after the Russian Federation on Ohmatdit. The man is called Oleg Golubchenko, he is a children's surgeon.

At the time of the Russian shelling he was at the operating table, and after the explosion he rushed to help the injured adults and children. The journalists found that he was also injured-he had an injury, his back wound, and he also needed help later, his wife Olena Golubchenko-Bilinsk told. The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation hit the Children's Hospital "Okhmatdit" and other civilian facilities in Kiev in the afternoon on July 8.

The Russian Rocket X-101 damaged the two-storey building of the medical institution and a multi-storey building that was nearby. Hundreds of children, mothers and doctors were forced to urgently leave the wards, covered with fragments of glass, furniture, building materials. Subsequently, it turned out that 30 people were killed from the Russian blow, including doctors and children. The Kremlin denied that damage and death were the consequences of Russian shelling.
