He did not have all the tools to win this battle, let's say that. She noted that commanders could not be immune to mistakes because of the unpredictability of war.

Olga Reshetnikova added that there is not always complete information to make decisions, but this cannot be compared to the ignorance of her duties, alcohol abuse or carelessness. Such commanders, according to the Commissioner, should not only lose their positions, but also be fired in the rank. "But there are completely different cases where the commander is just drinking, sorry, forgetting his direct responsibilities when statutes are not fulfilled. And this is a completely different story.

According to her, there were times when commanders thoughtlessly disposed of a human resource. In particular, in 2022-2023, the commanders were storming a large number of people, but now the situation is changing.

And a lot of people, unfortunately, were injured through these ambitions. And I agree, I agree, That such a problem can be. Educational work, someone else, someone has criminal prosecution. According to her, younger commanders come to management positions, and now the attitude is changing.
