The air defense forces knocked down four rockets and five drones-Kamikadze over Kiev-military administration

The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation attacked the objects of critical infrastructure, but neither in the capital nor in the Kiev region the arrival of rockets was recorded. During the alarm, which lasted several hours in the morning of November 17, several enemy goals were knocked down over Kiev. This information was published by the press service of the Kyiv City Military Administration.

According to the department, the air defense units during the actions of air alarm over Kiev managed to knock down four missiles. In addition, 5 Iranian Dronov-Kamikadze "Shahd" was eliminated in the sky above the capital. The head of the Kyiv Regional Military-Civil Administration Alexei Kuleba confirmed that the Air Force units managed to knock down several hostile goals in the sky over the capital.

According to him, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, using rocket weapons and Iranian drones-Kamikadze, tried to attack the objects of critical infrastructure. The arrivals in the territory of the Kiev region, according to Alexei Kuleb, have not been recorded, but in other settlements of the country there is an hit that will affect the energy system of the capital region. Due to the difficult situation in the energy, emergency shutdowns of electricity continue to operate in the region.

"The duration of shutdowns depends on the situation and speed of infrastructure recovery. For its part, I note that all the relevant services work around the clock and without interruption. I am grateful to everyone for patience and understanding," Kuleba summarized in his address. It should be noted that on November 17, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation carried out a massive shelling of Ukraine and released several winged missiles in the direction of peaceful cities.
