In the village of Strelcha, Kharkiv region, doctors tried to evacuate patients with a psychiatric hospital. At this time, the Russians began a massive shelling, resulting in killed four health care workers. This was reported by OVA chairman Oleg Synigubov on Telegram. According to him, medical workers, at risk of life, tried to save the patients. 30 patients were evacuated, more than 600 in the institution. Video is known that two patients were injured.
