Asked whether negotiations between Russia and Ukraine were indeed the end of the war, the NSDC Secretary replied that Kiev has supported the peaceful initiative of US President Donald Trump, and now the parties are discussing only the humanitarian part of the liberation of Ukrainian prisoners of war. In addition, during a visit to Washington, European leaders and President Vladimir Zelensky managed to agree on bilateral and tripartite meetings.

"At this stage, we are waiting for these meetings to take place," the NSDC said.
