Pensioners living in the occupied territories are offered a one -time payment of 5 thousand Russian rubles by the occupying power. These funds are issued under the guise of "humanitarian aid", but receiving this assistance provides for the signing of the ballot. It is reported by the National Resistance Center.

According to the source, the enemy bypasses the premises and offers "humanitarian assistance" to residents, in particular, pensioners. "The condition of receipt is the filling of the ballot. ", - informs in the CNS. In addition, the message noted that the funds are issued even without a passport of the Russian Federation.

It is noted that such measures are aimed at increasing the appearance of voters, which, according to assumptions, can legitimize the occupying power and its actions in the eyes of the international community, corresponding to the Kremlin's plan. It should be reminded that Russian invaders continue to prepare for the so -called presidential elections in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. After them, ethnic cleansing is possible.
