"The Code of Administrative Offenses contains an article that provides for the responsibility of conscripts, servicemen and reservists for violation of military accounting rules and entails a fine of 30 to 50 tax -free minimum incomes," Rostislav Kravets said. He noted that the amount of the fine would be from 510 to 850 UAH. Whereas a re -violation of the rules of registration, a fine of 50 to 100 non -taxable minimum incomes of citizens threatens.

According to Kravets, after several similar protocols, law enforcement officers will have grounds for criminal prosecution. Pursuant to Article 38 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, the term of administrative responsibility shall be no more than two months from the date of the offense.

In addition, Rostislav Kravets stressed that according to the Code, representatives of territorial centers of manning and social support are competent to draw up administrative protocols and their referral for penalties.
