This year, it is necessary to concentrate all the common potential to protect both Ukraine and the independence of every nation that borders with Russia. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated this during a press conference following the summit of the initiative of the three seas. The head of the Ukrainian state noted that he told all the participants of the summit about Putin's plans on the front this year.

“It is critical that each partners fulfill the promised weapons and shells, as well as our joint production agreements. Russian rockets are beaten every day, and the number of promises increases every day. Every day, Ukrainian warriors at the front withstand the brutal pressure of Russian artillery and managed aircraft. Reality must finally begin to match the words, ”he said. Volodymyr Zelenskyy emphasized that the number one priority was to strengthen Ukraine's air defense.

“We have an urgent need for the protection of Kharkiv, Odessa, Nikolaev, Zaporozhye and all our other cities from Russian blows. I thank every leader who hears us is ready to help in communication with other partners, so that Ukraine will finally receive air defense systems that can help us. They are in the world and have to protect life, ”the Head of State said.

The President noted that today there are challenges due to delayed US assistance, strengthening mobilization in the Russian Federation, supplying to the Shahheda Iranian aggressor, artillery shells and missiles from the DPRK. He recalled that at the beginning of the war, Ukraine did not have modern Western weapons, there was a shortage of 155 mm caliber shells, and now our country has already established its own production.
