Sudan army and rebels have entered into a new truce: artillery fights are in the capital

The parties to the conflict made the third advertisement for ceasefire within the last nine days. The fighting in Sudan began on April 15, which resulted in more than 420 people. The Sudan army and the rebels of the RSF (RSF) forces have entered into a temporary truce. This was stated by US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken on April 25. The parties agreed to a truce, which should start at midnight in Sudanese time and last three days.

The United States promises to coordinate actions with regional and international partners, as well as Sudanese civil parties to assist in the creation of the Committee on Negotiation Supervision. Blinken did not specify how to support the termination of the fighting. The Air Force radio station notes that this is the third day of the stopping of fire in nine days. The previous two attempts were torn.

Sudan's armed forces stated Reuters that the US and Saudi Arabia were intermediaries during a truce. On the eve of the evening advertisement in the city of Omurman, terrestrial battles with the task of air strikes continued. Sudan's fighting began on April 15, at the same time died at least 427 people, Reuters reported. Al Arabiya correspondents heard the sounds of shelling and heavy weapons in Hartum on the morning of April 25.

RSF has already accused the Sudan army of failure to comply with the truce. "Army aircraft are still flying in three cities of Hartum. We have undertaken under a truce to open humanitarian corridors for civilians and foreigners. The violation of the armistice confirms the existence of more than one center of decision -making in the army command," the rebels said. According to the Air Force, Hartum residents are sitting in houses through combat, many eating reserves of food and water.

In some places, the water supply has been damaged, many Sudanese collect water in the Nile River. "The truce, if it is adhered to, will allow civilians to leave the city. Foreign states hope that they will be able to evacuate their citizens from Sudan," journalists said. According to the UN Deputy Representative Farhan Haka, there is an acute shortage of food, clean water, medicines and fuel in the country. The prices increased sharply. Khak told about the robbery of humanitarian cargo.

Intensive fighting in the Hartum, as well as in the North and Blue Nile, Northern Cordophan and Darfur, impede assistance operations, he added. In Sudan, the Internet has almost disappeared, its level of use does not exceed 2% of the usual, and in Khartum the Internet disappeared completely in the evening of April 23. Al Arabiya, with reference to the data of a group of doctors, said that most major hospitals stopped working in Sudan. "Our nerves are on the verge.

This is the hardest thing that a person can go through," a woman who lives in Omurmann near the state broadcasting building, for which the struggle was conducted, told reporters. Tens of thousands of people, including Sudanese and citizens of neighboring countries, ran to Egypt, Chad and South Sudan over the past few days, Reuters said. We will remind that on April 24 in the media there was information about the murder of an assistant military attaché of Egypt.
