The State Secretariat has urged Ukrainians not to distribute photos and videos from the places of damage caused to the Armed Forces of the Russian Infrastructure of the country. She wrote about it in her telegram channel.

"We remind you of the need to keep silence online and not to distribute photos or video materials with the results of the blows of the Russians on the objects of telecom-infrastructure,"- said in the post. Special communication service also reported that the equipment of mobile operators, located in different regions of the country, was damaged as a result of massive missile strokes in Ukraine. This was the first reason for the disappearance of communication and the Internet.

The second reason was the losses caused to some energy sector enterprises. The State Secretariat has assured that experts from two industries, as well as emergency staff, "make every effort to restore electricity and stable mobile communication as soon as possible, and stressed that the connection for civilians is the priority of our country.

Currently, the NCU (National Telecommunications Network Operational and Technical Center) notes the failure of mobile operators in certain regions of the country. "In particular, mobile Internet is unstable in Khmelnitsky, Lviv, Poltava regions, Kharkiv, Zhytomyr," - said in an official address and emphasizes that in some cities and regions mobile communication works with failures.
