Both political regimes - China and Russia - are building their foreign and domestic policy on personal authoritarianism - leading. But there are two important differences between China and Russia.

First. China does not seek to be separated, isolate from the west and the rest of the world, but vice versa. However, instead of the Western concept of globalism and crisis capitalism, China proclaims the concept of "community of the only fate of mankind", headed by China. While Putin's Russia is purely in Stalin's authoritarian military modernization of the country in conditions of rigid Western sanctions, wars with Ukraine and international isolation of the aggressor.

The second is a very important difference between Russia and China. Putin dreams of resuscitating the Russian Empire as a "prison" of the 21st century, including Russian and Ukrainian. And after the 20th Congress of the CCP, on the basis of a single Chinese nation, China openly embarked on the path of creating a strong national-socialist state, which is acutely lacking in living space in Asia. Therefore, Western civilization has two ways of survival in the 21st century.

The first is thanks to the courageous Ukraine to defeat the Putin Russia, to bite it, to deprive imperial intentions and to annex the anti -Chinese coalition. That is why the West is so fervently striving for Putin's personal power, but not for the collapse of Russia as a result of losing the war of Ukraine.
