The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine prepares an appeal to the countries of the world, which will contain a call not to recognize Vladimir Putin by the legitimate President of the Russian Federation.

This was stated by the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Foreign Policy and Inter -Parliamentary Cooperation by Alexander Merezhk on the air of Radio Liberty. Merezhko noted that Kiev does not recognize the legitimacy of "elections" in Russia. According to him, the Council has already approved a resolution that states that these "elections" should be considered as an international crime. "From a legal point of view, it's a crime," the People's Deputy said.

In addition, according to netting, the deputies prepare another resolution, which is about the non -recognition of Vladimir Putin by a legitimate president. The appeal is initiated by the Committee on Foreign Policy and Inter -Parliamentary Cooperation and the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada.
