He also noted: "We do not want to sow panic, but our goal is to be ready and coordinated, hoping that this plan will never be needed.
" It should be noted that Vilnius (population - 540 thousand people) is located only 30 kilometers from the border with Lukashenko Belarus. Lithuanian officials also indicate the likely risks of the Belarusian nuclear power plant near the city of Ostrovets in the Grodno region.
