The CNS reports that leasing services are provided by a "Republican leasing company", which offers a preferential rate of up to 8%.

However, the locals say that most of the equipment they offer is stolen from Ukrainian farms. "It should be noted that all farmers are obliged to give their products at fixed prices lower than the market," the occupation administration, " - the message reads. It is also reported that the occupying power purchased at low grain prices transfer it to its subsidiaries. In their turn, they resell it at market prices for Russia.

From the very beginning of a full -scale invasion of Russia into Ukraine, the occupiers have destroyed or abducted Ukrainian agricultural machinery. In the General Directorate of Intelligence, such actions were evaluated as undermining food security in Ukraine and the world. They also often used stolen equipment for engineering work, construction of fortifications, or used as tractors. Thus, in early March last year, the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces reported that in some settlements of Chernihiv, Russian military seized tractors from local agrarians. The invaders used them to evacuate their lined military equipment.
