Increasing mobilization: who can check in men a military ticket

According to the new mobilization law, the conscripts must present a document that certifies with military accounting documents. Employees of the territorial centers of staff have the right to demand from the conscripts to show a military ticket. However, not only representatives of the CCC have such powers. This was reported at the Ministry of Defense.

It is noted that during the period of martial law, men of conscript age (from 18 to 60 years) should constantly carry with them military-accounting documents. It is a military ticket or a military certificate. At the same time, the department stated that it can be either paper documents or their electronic form. In addition, the conscripts must present a identity document (such as a passport), together with military accounting documents.

The law on mobilization stipulates that the right at the request of the document is in: men who avoid military accounting and do not pay penalties, await appropriate consequences. The lawyer Sergey Dubko explained that if the conscripts are not registered or in time do not update their data in the CCC and JV, they are threatened with a fine of UAH 17 thousand. In case of repeated violation, the amount of the fine will increase up to UAH 25,500.

We will remind, on May 23 it became known that according to the results of the VLK during the mobilization in Ukraine a military personnel may be recognized as suitable or unsuitable for service. This status affects the possibility of further conscription. At the same time, the Verkhovna Rada, together with entrepreneurs, intends to clarify the details of mobilization in Ukraine and the issues of reservation.
