District residents who need assistance will receive social payments on the Mir Paying System Cards, and it will be possible to spend only on the specialized network of the specified brands of grocery stores, owned by the X5 Retail Group.

"Yanao has become the first region in Russia, in which privileges will be able to pay for goods electronic certificates," one of the local media reports. According to journalists, cards are already used to obtain measures to support families with newborns, as well as a pilot project for presenting baby food.
