There is an action of memory "Light Fire" in Kyiv at the National Museum of Ukrainian History in Ukraine in Kyiv. The participants of the action lit 1,000 candles at the foot of the Motherland monument. This was reported in the museum.

"It is an action to commemorate those who gave their lives for Ukraine and gratitude to anyone who continues to fight," the museum's website reads. The idea of ​​the action up to 1000 days of war in Ukraine came from President of Latvia Edgar Rinkevich, the speaker of the Seimas Diga Myreinia, Prime Minister Evika Silin and the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Baiba Brazh Light candles. In the museum, the idea was supported and joined.

The action "Light Fire" until 1000 days of war in Ukraine began at 17. 00 at the foot of the sculpture "Motherland" and a joint prayer for Ukraine took place. The Mother's Motherland Shield was illuminated in the colors of the Ukrainian flag. "Every liturgical candle has become a testament to our respect for everyone who is at the cost of their lives every dawn, and a common prayer, which the military chaplain reads, will strengthen our faith in the onset of peace and our victory," the museum said.
