Armor from service in the Armed Forces for "Evjandes": The Council want to replenish the staff of critical enterprises

To spread: critically important enterprises of Ukraine will be able to book non -military workers, have not specified personal data and are on the so -called search of the CCC. Temporary reservations will be received by those who have violated the mobilization legislation, follows from Law No. 13335.

Article 25 of the Law "On Mobilization Training and Mobilization" want to be supplemented with a reservation permit from service in the army for employees of critical enterprises, which: however, there are conditions: the term of booking of such citizens may not exceed 45 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the employment contract. The booking itself is given no more than once a year. The second point of the bill explains its purpose.

Reservations are introduced to rapidly involve new employees, eliminate staffing deficits and lack of labor. "The production of Ukrainian weapons cannot be carried out by a limited range of specialists who perform work on the development, manufacture, repair, modernization and disposal of weapons, military and special equipment, ammunition, their components," - reads in the explanatory note to the law.

During the martial law, the worker may be dismissed at the initiative of the employer, if during the probationary period he led the military accounting documents into compliance with the requirements of the legislation. Recall that the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has allowed critically important for the needs of the Armed Forces to book 100% of military personnel.
