"Russian border guards" rudely communicated ": a Ukrainian died on the border with the Russian Federation - social networks

An elderly woman died in a neutral lane between Kolotilovka checkpoint and Pokrovka checkpoint, told in the public. It is currently the only border crossing between Russia and Ukraine. A citizen of Ukraine died at the border crossing between the Russian checkpoint "Kolotilovka" and the Ukrainian Pokrovka. This was reported on February 7 by the Telegram-channel "Pepel", which illuminates events in the Belgorod region.

The authors of the channel stated with reference to their sources that the woman died in a "neutral lane", trying to cross the border. According to them, the incident happened in the second half of January. "Summer Ukrainians, with whom Russian border guards communicated, became bad during the transition," the publication reads. It is reported that the Ukrainian was discovered by a guy who also crossed the humanitarian corridor. As he tried to bring the woman to her senses, she died.

According to the channel, the guy had to pull the body of the woman on the border with Ukraine for several hours, as border guards have no right to enter the area. Earlier, on February 6, the channel authors also stated that, according to their data, a 40-year-old man disappeared at the checkpoint. According to them, he managed to make one call, after which he was taken by FSB staff.

We will remind, on August 6 the Ministry of Reintegration declared the restoration of work of the border crossing "Kolotilovka-Pokrovka" on the border of the Belgorod region of the Russian Federation and Sumy region of Ukraine. Officials said that the checkpoint would leave Ukrainians who left occupation through the Russian Federation.
