Night attacks on the Russian Federation: GUR confirmed explosions at Lipetsk
According to the media, several objects were damaged as a result of the attack, including the Su-34 fighter. According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, 33 Ukrainian unmanned aircraft in Lipetsk, Rostov and Volgograd regions were shot down and intercepted. Residents of these regions reported strong explosions, after which photos and videos with fires appeared on social networks.
The misinformation of the Russian soldiers was denied on December 17, when pictures of the damaged Russian Su-34 fighter at the airfield in the Rostov region appeared on the network. Later it became known that the explosions were heard in the territory of the air base in Lipetsk region. The invaders claim that an explosion of a "whipped" drone occurred at the military facility. They stated that "there are no damage and victims.
" It is worth noting that, according to journalists, the 4th Center for Fighting and Training of Flight Warehouse is based on this air base. Here the invaders conduct training of flight and engineering staff, as well as develop methods of using aviation complexes. At the time of publishing the material of GUR MOU, did not formally comment on the successful UAV strike in the Lipetsk region.
