Why can the EU be imposed by Ukraine freezing war

When Ukraine is tried to push in negotiations with the Russians, we may be facing the fact of a geopolitical miracle that no one expected Ukraine can try to "delegate" the idea of ​​freezing war in exchange for speeding up integration with the EU. But this means that the inertial scenario then turns on, and geopolitical systems want to suspend the war in order to avoid the global crisis of institutions and in general capitalism.

But in fact, the world system has no resource for conservation and return to what was before the war. Therefore, as we would be prompted to freeze, the objective conditions and the nature of the processes that are in the economy, the humanitarian, geopolitics and geo -economic, indicate that the freezing can not last long. Even if official Kiev agrees to such freezing, it will not mean that it will really happen.

Because the logic of this historical process involves the transition to a new phase of confrontation between Russia and the West, the relations of the global south and the collective measure, changes in the nature of economic processes, the destruction of institutions of global world order (for example, such as the UN). Therefore, freezing is possible on paper, but in reality it will not.
