According to the Lieutenant General of the Armed Forces, with the receipt of the latest weapons, the approach to planning operations, which is carefully prepared taking into account the achievement of maximum efficiency at the slightest loss, has changed. At the strategic level, Ukraine has largely moved to hostilities focused on network and central structures. This was stated by the Commander of the Joint Forces of the Armed Forces Lieutenant General Sergey Naev on Facebook.

"At the tactical level, we have actually reached the network-centric war, when every platoon commander goes into battle with the tablet," he said. At the same time, Naev noted that with the advent of modern weapons, the method of planning military operations has changed. They are now developed taking into account the achievement of maximum efficiency at minimal losses, as opposed to "meat assaults" by Russian forces.

"Cardinal changes have also taken place in the Air Defense Organization, where we master the most up -to -date weapons and use mobile fire groups, the efficiency of which has been repeatedly proven during the reflection of air attacks on civilian objects of critical infrastructure," he added.
