One of the biggest attacks: the White House spoke about firing of Ukraine's power grid
The statement of the White House National Security Council Edrien Watson states that the Armed Forces made one of the largest air attacks on the power system of Ukraine since the beginning of a full -scale war. Watson emphasized that due to a Russian blow in the first month of spring, when it is still cold outside, many Ukrainians lost heat, water and electricity.
"This bombing - part of a series of Russian attacks on the most important infrastructure of Ukraine - is a terrible reminder of the attempts of Vladimir Putin to break the spirit of the Ukrainian people and immerse him in darkness," the statement reads.
According to Watson, in order to help Ukraine protect against attacks by the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, it is necessary that the House of Representatives of the United States has adopted a two -parliament additional bill on national security, in which Kiev could receive more air defense systems. "The needs of Ukraine are urgent, and we cannot afford further delays," Watson said.
