Regions of the Russian Federation have to start "self -mobilization" without announcement of martial law - Kadyrov

The head of Chechnya believes that the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation can receive a significant contingent for the continuation of hostilities in the territory of Ukraine. Chechnya Kadyrov, the head of Chechnya, suggested that all Russian regions to start "self -mobilization" without declaring martial law in Russia. As a result, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation can obtain a significant contingent for the continuation of hostilities in the territory of Ukraine.

He wrote about it in Telegram. Kadyrov stated that every head of the regions can attract, teach and complete thousands of Russian "volunteers" for war in Ukraine. "For an individual subject, this is not so large, I would even say that it is a minimum, which entities have to be done to begin with," he wrote. He noted that 85,000 people can be raised in the scale of the whole country. Kadyrov added that this is a significant military contingent.

"And all this, note without the announcement of mobilization," he said. We will remind, after the defeat of Russian troops in the Kharkiv region, a spokesman for the Communist Party of the Russian Federation Gennady Zyuganov called for a general mobilization in the country. He called what is happening in Ukraine with war, not "special operation". However, the Russian authorities claim that there are no such plans.
