According to the Cabinet of Ministers, Shmigal emphasized that Russian assets should be one of the main resources for the revival of our country. "It's time to confiscate these assets," Denis Shmigal said.

It should be noted that the world banks, including the European Union, the USA, Japan and Canada, have frozen Russian assets worth about $ 300 billion. Almost $ 200 billion from these funds is stored in Europe, mainly at the Belgian Cleric Center of the EuroClear.
