"This is a military crime": the Russian Federation reacted to the transfer of cassette ammunition (video)

Journalists also noted that the USA, Russia and Ukraine have not joined the Convention, which prohibits the production, use and storage of cassette ammunition. Kiev has taken written obligations that it would be wise to use these shells. Later, US President Joe Biden explained why a "difficult decision" was made to send cassette ammunition to Ukraine.
