But each of the strong decisions is, first and foremost, the energy of the emotion that broke out before its adoption, actually opening the expensive decision. It can be a very strong outbreak. And it may be barely noticeable, but no less important emotion. There are very special emotions that bring peoples on the square and add new colors to the streets thanks to the flags and thanks to slogans.
And there are emotions that it is important to feel only one person or one parliament, and then history becomes completely different. Ukraine is able to make history different. In particular, thanks to the diplomacy of emotions - the soft power of our country, which is able to speak with the soul of every nation. To say in the world suffering from the surplus of aggressiveness, it was possible to fill the deficit of decisions from which people win. People win.
And afterwards people are already states. And for solutions to be implemented, you will not build anything from emotions on the foundation. And only decision making is not enough. Systematicity is always needed to make emotions with decisions, and the solution, respectively, is specific results. Our soft power has such systematicity. And this is what really strengthens Ukraine.
Ladies and Gentlemen! I am glad that this format - the summit of the first ladies and gentlemen - really became a platform for coordinating the soft power of Ukraine and our partners. And today Denmark, Czech Republic, United States, Lithuania, Estonia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Armenia, Moldova, Poland are represented here. I want to thank them. Social leaders from different countries, including the United Kingdom, from France. I thank all of you for this format happened! We thank you.
The format really happened. Both the summit and the Elena team and Helen - thank you for the organization. It is very important. The summit demonstrates the world how significant the potential for people who do not governing institutions, but have more power than any of the institutions can give, the power of sincerity. The first ladies and gentlemen of states are not politicians in a conventional sense, but often find such arguments, find such tons that politicians are not really accessible.
And it works. And this is the result. By the way, deer and its communication in America managed to move much forward in the issue of modern air defense for Ukraine. For the sake of this, there was a lot of teamwork - of course, different levels of the state - and an element of soft power in it became one of the bases, which opened space for others. Another example. Political. Republic of Korea. In fact, there was a restart of relations between our states.
This was laid by one of the most successful visits of Ukraine - our government and a visit to Seoul of the First Lady and the Delegation of Ukraine. Meetings, communication with politicians and Korea society. What has opened a new story. And she continued with the visit of the President of the Republic of Korea to Ukraine during the war and our important arrangements. The last summit of the first ladies and gentlemen was dedicated to the restoration of Ukraine after the fighting.
It is a tremendous scale of problems and it is a really tremendous need for world support. I am grateful to the states, grateful to the leaders who have already declared participating in the restoration and transformation of Ukraine after the war. Our foreign policy works to ensure that Ukraine's restoration becomes a truly global project. And here I want to thank Matte - she is present here. We will have the first restore office. In addition to the level of states and international organizations, there is also a level of social leaders and business - philanthropists and such companies that are guided, in particular, by moral motives for their choice. Thanks to our soft power, Ukraine now has such allies in recovery.
And thanks to the ability to work systematically and make solutions to reality among the various specific results of our soft power, in particular, the acquired resuscitation for Ukraine, for our people, for our heroes, for our military. And I think it will be fair to apparently apply and support them - those who defend Ukraine daily. And thank the leaders for what you do.
Indeed, shelters built in schools that already guarantee children and are provided with hospital equipment that are already working for Ukrainian force. This summit opens another very important space - space for action, and it is no less large -scale, in my opinion, than the above mentioned points. The topic of mental health and state attention to this topic are much more than medicine, therapy and practices that should be accessible to people in modern society.
Especially in the most difficult society is a war. It's about what society can do. And about what society should definitely beware. I did not accidentally start with the emphasis on the strength and importance of emotions. Mental, mental load is one of the hardest luggage left by war. And this luggage, unfortunately, is not all standing. We know from the history of wars, as such luggage really became a burden for both people and societies. Destructive burden.
Just as every decision that drives a history forward is preceded by certain outbreaks of emotions, pushing decisions to life, emotions are capable and cut off any story. To break a person's history, to break the history of family, the history of life, the history of peace. The post -war peace is vulnerable to emotions. To the accumulated pain of war that remains with people for a long time and eventually becomes more unbearable.
War is a challenge that does not disappear completely even after the end of hostilities and with the rooting of peace. The war is smoldering as long as he is able to beat people from the inside. As long as the war is suffering. As long as the losses caused by war. Therefore, no one can be left alone with the war, with its consequences. With what war does wisely and what it does with the soul of everyone. Each wipe the city and the village in Ukraine in Ukraine is reflected in scorched souls.
Every death of a brother in battle can be a gap between a warrior and a society that simply lives with its life and does not notice. Every time the child sees blood after injuries, she sees the worst thing too early that happens to the adult world. Unfortunately, many such scary, tragic examples. People have limits. Everyone and everyone have their own limit. But all this limit - in emotions, is the invisible luggage of feelings that encourages a person to act.
To act in one way or another - for the sake of light or evil, for the sake of good or to the detriment. To the detriment of yourself or, God forbid, loved ones, society. Whether or not, it is determined by the inner world of each person, their mental health. It is worth making sure that it is human health, not a chronic war. And I am grateful that this summit and such a representative discussion are devoted to the topic of mental health. This is a special direction that requires a special approach.
New attention is not only the attention of our country. New institutions. Of a new field of rehabilitation. Training and therapy. New social policy. New international not even assistance, but international cooperation. New arrangements. Unchanged respect for people and more understanding of people and constant sincerity.
That is, along with other work - diplomacy of emotions and systematic work of soft power, directed not for the sake of external relations, but for the sake of the inner world of people. To win people. It is people! Together with his country. The war always rejects insignificant, the war always rejects empty. But it leaves people what you need to be able to discard. Discard what destroys. Destroys life. It is necessary to build a system that saves from these destruction.
