Ukrainians showed new drones for the Armed Forces: Kamikadze, scouts and bombers (video)

The developers have presented many models and told about their characteristics. Some UAVs are already used in hostilities, others are only tested. In Kiev, on April 5, more than 20 companies presented their drones in the FPV Demo Day West, organized by the Dignitas Charitable Foundation. Channel 5 journalists showed promising domestic developments.

As the name implies, the developers only brought to the exhibition FPV-arose, which are guided by "from the first person" with the help of glasses of virtual reality. One of the teams introduced a drone with the construction of an arrow -shaped wing with a scale of 1. 5 meters. It is equipped with a combat part of up to 3 kg (in the video you can see a cumulative projectile) and explodes together for the purpose.

According to the head of the UAV development department Alexander Lysenko, the model was developed specifically for the Armed Forces from the needs of the military. The "Hawk Family Bird" is launched by mechanical catapult, accelerated to 200 km/h and can overcome 30 km in one departure. Currently, drone is tested at the landfill, and is soon planned to be used on the front. The authors estimated the whole shock complex at 24 thousand euros, and one "Kamikadze" costs 3. 5 thousand euros.

The other team presented a hexacopter, which proposes to use not only for the task of blows, but also for intelligence. At the bottom of the aircraft, you can install a large chamber or reset system containing up to three ammunition. The impact version also owns a block with optical and thermal imaging chambers. The Volunteer Dronary Laboratory from Kiev presented the drone "Big Bandera", which lifts 4 shells weighing 2 kg and flies for 8 km.

Her arsenal has a smaller drone designed to reconnaissance at any time of the day. Last development: FPV-square with a reset system and a night camera-it is capable of working in both Kamikadze mode and in the bomber mode. The head of "Dronarny" Maxim Sheremet told "Ukrainian Truth" an interesting case of the use of "Great Banderik" in combat. The Armed Forces unit performed a tactical task, starting the UAV at a distance of 7 km.

At some point, they noticed minor problems with the management, but managed to drop the shells from the purposes in the forestry and return it on the base. After landing, the military found a bullet in the motor that did not prevent the Bandirik from fulfilling the mission. The Ukrainian Sun also showed its drones - Camikadze quadcopters, capable of carrying cumulative, fragile and fugas ammunition. The flight range depends on the type of combat part, the maximum time is 12 minutes.
