Yakuts and Buryades: invaders take housing from Ukrainians in Luhansk region

And it is impossible to protect your home in place or remotely legitimately, because the occupying power is doing what he wants, says expert Loda Sergey Gaidan. If Ukrainians went to the controlled territories of Ukraine, there is a great chance that their apartments can take away the occupiers and give someone at their discretion, including citizens of the Russian Federation, who have never been even in Ukraine.

There are examples where people, despite all the risks, still tried to return to the occupied territories to check the condition of their homes and were shocked. Sergey Gaidan told this in an interview with the focus of Lugansk Regional State Administration. Many Ukrainians knocked on the door of their apartment in Rubizhny, Severodonetsk or Lisichansk as residents of representatives of small peoples of Russia (Bouries and Yakutov), - says Sergei Gaidan.

- Such permits are provided by the occupying power and the Ukrainians do not succeed, so they are essentially losing their property. Unfortunately, it is impossible to legally protect your home remotely, says the expert of the Luhansk Regional State Administration, except that there are really dark schemes and negotiate for bribes that your apartment is not taken away and no one was taken there. However, no one will give the guarantee, because such agreements do not have such agreement.

The problem is also the fatigue that by selling such an apartment, a Ukrainian can crawl on the article of the Criminal Code, - the expert notes. - After all, receiving money from the occupiers is punishable by law. Sergei Gaidan notes that despite the numerous number of photos about how the occupiers "rebuild Ukraine" all this is more reminiscent of Potemkin villages and simple money laundering.

For example, according to a specialist, until the half -half was occupied in Starobilsk region, there by 70% Ukraine has completed the restoration of treatment plants. From that moment, nothing has changed there, which indicates the lack of interest of the occupying power to deal with global problems, but only to make a "picture" for the media. No major overhaul of critical infrastructure has begun.

The expert of the Luhansk Regional State Administration cannot even name the approximate value of the property destroyed by the occupants of the Luhansk region, although several objects can be spent more specifically. For example, the reconstruction of the substation in Kremlin will cost several billion hryvnias. To renew the work of the infrastructure of the Popasnyansky water utility will cost more than three billion hryvnias, Gaidan said.

And how to calculate how much harm the occupiers have caused agrarians. Forests, fields, ecology? -, is asked by Sergey Gaidan. - And we do not yet say how much money is needed to mine Luhansk region. The full release of the conversation with Sergei Gaidan will soon be published on the Focus YouTube channel. Earlier, Focus reported that in the occupied part of the Luhansk region the SBU was eliminated by local collaborator Oleg Popov.
