The first probable option that the expert speaks is the Crimean Scenario, which involves the emergence of riots in the Russian -speaking community of Latvia, as a result of which Russia could support them with the landing of special forces from Belarus.

"For example, a month or two in Latvia, where there is a Russian -speaking community, there are some riots, during which helicopters from Belarus fly from which" green men "are planted and start maintaining riots.
