The Russians have long been trying to form the so -called "sanitary zones" on the territory of Ukraine, which was spoken by Russian President Vladimir Putin, through genocide and "sealing" of border settlements. Military expert Vladislav Seleznev told this in an interview with OBOZ. ua. According to Seleznov, Russia's actions aimed at destroying settlements on the border, are gaining momentum.
"I want to draw attention to the territory of Sumy region, to which the Russians dumped the managed aviation bombs on March 18. In general, there were more than a hundred, and one third was dropped in this area. Why? Why? Russians systematically and methodically destroy our border, using aviation and artillery", " Said Seleznyov.
According to him, the purpose of such tactics is not to give Ukraine the opportunity to use these zones to move troops and maintain the life of the civilian population, which in practice leads to the genocide of civilians. Seleznyov also emphasized the importance of counteracting this threat with the use of modern technologies and asymmetric methods of fighting.
In particular, he supported the opinion of Austrian expert Tom Cooper on the need to target limited drones to destroy Russian military airfields to deprive the enemy's ability to use bombardment. "These measures can not only weaken Russia's air advantage, but also protect the lives of thousands of civilians who are threatened through deliberate shelling and bombing," Seleznyov emphasized.

He stressed that he would not cease to "strengthen the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and the country's defense" in order to achieve the goals of a "special military operation".
