Anastasia Prikhodko was noticed in court while considering the case of pro -Russian blogger Nazarov
A photo showing the singer was posted by the activist and veteran Oleg Simorosis. In the photo Anastasia sits in the courtroom in a leather jacket, jeans, caps and glasses. After a photo of the priest in court, social networks began to discuss the cause of its presence. Focus appealed to the artist's official comment, but she replied that she was not ready to comment on the event and why she was at the court hearing.
We will remind that on January 18 the SBU reported Nazarov (real name - Nazar Diorditz) about the suspicion of justifying the armed aggression of Russia against Ukraine and conducting a search in its premises. The blogger was a presenter on the TV channel, which was under the control of the exnardep of the Viktor Medvedchuk, suspected treason in 2022.
The investigation believes that in his videos and interviews, Nazarov regularly spread narratives that justify the aggression of the Russian Federation and the war crimes of the occupiers. On January 21, the Solomenskyi District Court of Kyiv decided to detention for 60 days with the right to make a bail of UAH 12 million.
During the court hearing, the prosecutor requested that Nazarov detention without determining the bail, while the lawyer Sergey Rudenko opposed, offering a more soft precautionary measure, in particular, house arrest or personal obligation. Lawyers stressed that during the search, Nazarov did not interfere with investigative actions and voluntarily provided all the things found, including a mobile phone, computers and a passport to travel abroad.
Max Nazarov stated that he was not responsible for expressing his guests on a YouTube channel until 2022. However, the investigation claims that Nazarov actively spread pro -Russian narratives, in particular, justified the aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine and military crimes through interviews with pro -Russian experts, most of whom are currently in Russia. We will remind, earlier we wrote that Prikhodko stood up for the language of the Russian Federation.
