Mobilization in the fall of 2023: Who will be called to the Armed Forces since September 1

Mobilization deferral can be given to those who have no other persons who can help a person with disabilities. The Armed Forces of the Armed Forces can be mobilized on a voluntary basis. Mobilization in Ukraine will continue from September 1, so citizens will receive summons and in some cases delay. The Verkhovna Rada adopted Law No. 9342, which narrows the list of persons who will be able to avoid conscription for the Armed Forces.

The law states that the actions of general mobilization in Ukraine are not subject to conscripts who have a wife or a husband of persons with disabilities. This also applies to those who have the parents of the wife (husband) with disabilities of group I or II. The deferral is provided if such persons with disabilities do not have other able -bodied persons obliged under the rules of the legislation.

According to these norms, deferral can only be provided to those who have no other persons who can help a person with disabilities in the family. The Armed Forces of the Armed Forces can be mobilized voluntarily. Statakers have the right to translate the mobilized category. Who can receive the summons in September, because the government has not made changes or amendments to the relevant legislation.
